| 空売り規制について |

上記の事が丸三証券の空売り規制ってとこに書いてあったんですがこの通りだとこないだ聞いた成行注文ができないと思うんですが誰かアドバイスを求む！！
それに違反すると30万以下の罰金らしいです。
単に証券会社の違いなんでしょうか？
イートレなんかは成行や買い板にぶつけたりできるんですよね？？
ん～なんか意味不明です。。

確かにこういう規制があるらしいですが、50単元以内なら対象外になるそうです。1株単位だったら50株まで、1000株単位だったら50000株までは、成り行きで問題なく空売り出来るはずです。
例えば東急建設は株価が200円台ですが、100単元なので、5000株までしか買い板にぶつけられません。
Ｅトレの場合、それ以上の注文を出すと、受付できませんとエラー表示が出ます。
それにしても罰金なんてあったんですね。こわいなあ。

自分もよく空売りについては理解できていません、
空売り禁止になった銘柄を、それより前から空売りしていたらどうなるのかなど。罰金があるんなんて自分も知りませんでした。
夜になったので見ている人も減ったかなと思って

空売り禁止になっても普通に買い戻す事はできますよー
でもみんなが買い戻すので株価が上昇するんですよ＾＾
こないだのホウスイがそれにあたりますね。

それはたしか外国とかであるらしく、
「アップティックでしか空売りできない」という規制ときいたことがあるよ。
でも、日本はないはずなんだが。その記事自体にビックリ。
イートレは問題ないし、発注ツール「ＨＥＴ」が使い安く手数料も安い。さらに口座資金も一元管理。
使い勝手ならＥトレがダントツ一番だと思うよ。
